由于客观外部环境的变化和主观上的重视不足,目前高校研究生党支部建设工作中存在着机构设置不合理、干部素质不高、制度建设滞后和活动形式单一等亟待解决的问题。要解决这些问题,实现高校研究生党支部建设工作的创新,就必须从优化支部设置、加强支部指导教师队伍建设、拓展支部活动平台和推进支部建设工作理论研究等方面入手,根据研究生党支部工作的实际需要,提出有针对性的工作措施和方案,以切实搞好研究生党支部建设。
Due to the change of the objective external environment and the subjective lack of attention, there are some problems to be solved urgently in the construction of postgraduate party branch in colleges and universities, such as unreasonable institutional arrangement, poor quality of cadres, lagging system construction and single activity form.
