一、越中经贸关系的现状(一)法律基础迄今为止,越中关于经贸关系已签订了20多个法律文件,如贸易协定、边贸协定、成立经贸合作委员会协定、经济合作协定、结算协定、铁路、陆路、航空运输协定等;上述协定同越中边境沿线开通口岸一起为两国边境各省、各行业、各企业进行经济合作、贸易往来奠定了法律基础,创造了有利条件,开创了越中经济交流的新时期。越南政府也就对华贸易颁布了一些政策,其中包括对华边贸政策,如“越中边贸市场 I.
