目的了解丹东市各级医疗机构的消毒效果,指导医疗机构消毒工作,预防和控制院内感染。方法随机抽取医疗机构感染控制重点科室、重点环节进行监测。结果消毒效果平均总合格率为89%,市级、县级、乡镇和个体(村)诊所合格率分别为96%、93%、89%和87%。结论医疗机构总体消毒质量不高,尤其是乡镇和个体(村)诊所合格率较低,应增加消毒设备投入,加强监督管理,加大对医务人员的消毒知识培训,提高消毒质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Dandong, to guide the disinfection of medical institutions, to prevent and control nosocomial infections. Methods Randomly selected key departments of infection control in medical institutions, key links for monitoring. Results The average total pass rate of disinfection was 89%. The pass rates of municipal, county, township and individual clinics were 96%, 93%, 89% and 87% respectively. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in medical institutions is not high. In particular, the qualified rate of clinics in villages and towns and villages is relatively low. The investment of disinfection equipment should be increased, the supervision and management should be strengthened, the disinfection knowledge training for medical staff should be strengthened, and the quality of disinfection should be improved.
