职业教育的教学目标要求学生能更好地服务于企业,而基于工作过程导向的教学方法能把企业的工作任务融入教学,并将学习过程、工作过程有机的结合。本文以数控车实训为例,结合企业的生产过程,以工作过程为导向,设计教学方法、教学手段和考核方法等,基于工作过程设计成适合学生、适合企业需要的学习领域和学习模块,有效解决企业所需和学生所学之间衔接不合理的矛盾,提高学生的就业竞争力。
