本文主要针对山前平原区普通水泥管农用机井,在运行使用中存在的问题,提出了塑料管真空井的设计方案。并论述了机井的结构、施工工艺、设计方法和技术要求。对井深、井径、滤水管和砾料的选择,允许流速及流量等设计数据,均做了严格的验算和论证。同时以改造后的机井性能各项指标测定的数据,结合实用情况,阐述了真空井的原理和经济效益。证实了塑料管真空井是节能节水的一种新型机井。
This paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in the operation and use of common cement pipe agricultural wells in piedmont plain area, and puts forward the design plan of plastic pipe vacuum wells. The structure, construction process, design method and technical requirements of the well were discussed. The selection of well depths, well diameters, filtration pipes and gravel materials, and design data such as flow rates and flow rates have all been strictly checked and verified. At the same time, the data measured by the indicators of the modified well performance, combined with the practical situation, elaborated the principle and economic benefits of vacuum wells. It was confirmed that the plastic pipe vacuum well is a new machine well that saves energy and saves water.
