今年是全国各项工作进一步落实、实施好“十一五”规划的核心关键年,也是党的“十七大”胜利召开把国家各项事业发展推向新阶段的历史时期。新时期新机遇新发展,2008年1月,信息产业部编制并颁布了《集成电路产业“十一五”专项规划》等五个信息产业领域专项规划。从本期开始,本刊将对五项专项规划的思路、目标及主要任务和发展重点进行细节诠释。
This year marks the historical anniversary of the further implementation of all the work in the country and the implementation of the “Eleventh Five-year Plan”.
