十七届六中全会提出要“培养高度的文化自觉和文化自信”。这对克服当前文化领域中的失范与浮躁、浅薄与虚火,对于广电工作者保持和提升广播电视的文化品位与文化尊严无疑具有重要的指导意义。而浙江宁海台拍摄的30集人文系列片《人意山光》及主创人员的创作实践就充分证明了这一点。所谓文化自觉,是指对文化的觉悟和觉醒。其中包括对文化在民族发展中地位作用的深刻认识,对自己国家和民族文化的历史、资源、特质的深入了解,对文化发展和文化呈现规律的正确把握,以及对文化的责任与担当的认真实践。

And Zhejiang Ninghai station filming 30 sets of humanities series “Yi Shan Shan” and the creation of creative staff to fully prove this point. The so-called cultural awareness, refers to the cultural awareness and awakening. These include a profound understanding of the role of culture in the development of a nation, a deep understanding of the history, resources and traits of its own country and nation culture, a correct grasp of the laws of cultural development and cultural presentation, and its earnest responsibility and responsibility for the culture practice.
