农村党风廉政建设,事关党的建设和基层政权建设,事关农村经济发展和社会稳定。长期以来,浙江省坚持以改革创新为抓手,扎实推进农村党风廉政建设,积极探索具有浙江特色的农村党风廉政建设路子。特别是近年来,浙江省在农村“三资”管理、农村民主监督、规范农村公共权力运行等诸多方面不断推出创新性举措,使浙江广大农村呈现出“基层组织日趋廉洁,村务财务日渐透明,干部履职日益规范”和“群众意见减少,各类矛盾减少,信访举报减少”的喜人景象,为农村和谐稳定和新农村建设提供了有力保证,得到了中央纪委主要领导的充分肯定。
