目的分析提升药房管理质量与保障合理用药的相关性。方法将160例医院保留使用药物档案的患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各80例。采用常规药物对对照组患者进行治疗管理,而对于试验组患者则采用提升药房管理后的药物进行治疗管理,观察并比较两组患者的药物使用情况。结果提升药房管理质量后,试验组住院费用为(1115.53±334.34)元,住院时间为(12.89±3.23)d、使用药物种类为(1.45±0.39)种,给药天数为(4.38±1.56)d,分别明显少于对照组的(1734.24±341.45)元,(18.38±5.56)d,(3.66±1.45)种,(6.78±2.06)d(P<0.05);对照组更换药物发生率为37.50%,联合用药发生率为36.25%,均明显高于试验组的12.50%和10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药房的管理质量提升后,可以保障患者的合理用药,显著的降低患者在联合用药和更换抗菌药品的发生率,缩短患者住院、给药、住院费用和使用药物种类的时间,值得药房管理者学习并推广。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the promotion of pharmacy management quality and the protection of rational drug use. Methods A total of 160 patients with preserved medical records were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with the drugs administered by the pharmacy management. The drug use was observed and compared between the two groups. Results After the management of pharmacy was improved, the hospitalization cost was (1115.53 ± 334.34) yuan, the hospitalization time was (12.89 ± 3.23) days, the medication type was (1.45 ± 0.39) days and the administration time was (4.38 ± 1.56) days (1734.24 ± 341.45), (18.38 ± 5.56) d and (3.66 ± 1.45), respectively, (6.78 ± 2.06) d (P <0.05) in the control group. The incidence of replacement drugs in the control group was 37.50% , And the incidence of combination therapy was 36.25%, which were significantly higher than those in the experimental group (12.50% and 10.00%, respectively). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions After the management quality of the pharmacy is improved, the reasonable medication for the patients can be guaranteed, the incidence of the combined medication and the replacement of the antimicrobial drugs can be significantly reduced, and the hospitalization, administration, hospitalization fees and the time of using the medicines can be shortened, and the pharmacy manager Learn and promote.
