目的:探讨电化学疗法治疗海绵状血管瘤的可行性。方法:对38例各种部位的海绵状血管瘤进行电化学治疗。按血管瘤的部位和大小,选用合适的铂金针,在局麻下进行无菌操作。将铂金外直接插入血管病内,用绝缘管保护正常健康组织,电极针连接BK92到治疗仪进行通电治疗。常用电压6~8V,电流40~60mA,按血管瘤每厘米直径给60~80℃。结果:完全治愈27例(血管瘤消失),部分治愈(血管瘤缩小1/2以上)8例,此35例评为有效(92.1%)。结论:此疗法简便易行,创伤小,治愈率高,可成为治疗先天性血管瘤的新方法。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of electrochemical therapy for cavernous hemangiomas. METHODS: Electrochemical treatment was performed on 38 cases of cavernous hemangioma. According to the location and size of the hemangiomas, appropriate platinum needles were selected and aseptically performed under local anesthesia. Insert the platinum directly into the vascular disease, protect the normal healthy tissue with an insulating tube, connect the BK92 electrode needle to the treatment device for electrification treatment. Commonly used voltage 6 ~ 8V, current 40 ~ 60mA, according to hemangiomas per cm diameter to 60 ~ 80 °C. RESULTS: Twenty-seven cases (hemangioma disappeared) and some cases (hemangioma reduced by more than 1/2) were completely cured in 8 cases. The 35 cases were rated as effective (92.1%). Conclusion: This therapy is simple, easy to use, has minimal trauma, and has a high cure rate. It can be a new method for the treatment of congenital hemangiomas.
