本文对高精度磨床主轴轴颈部位的早期失效现象进行了分析。其失效特征为轴颈表面开裂、鼓皮、掉块。作者认为,产生这种失效的主要原因为:(1)主轴材料和表面强化工艺不当;(2)硬化层偏浅、心部强度过低;(3)轴承结构不合理,装配使用不当。文中从产品设计制造和使用两方面提出了防范措施,收到了良好的效果。
This paper analyzes the early failures of the spindle journal of high precision grinder. The failure characteristics of the surface of the neck cracking, drum skin, lost block. The author believes that the main reasons for this failure are: (1) improper spindle material and surface strengthening; (2) shallow hardening layer, the heart strength is too low; (3) the bearing structure is not reasonable, the use of improper assembly. The paper puts forward the precautionary measures from two aspects of product design, manufacture and use, and has received good results.
