目的了解部分省(自治区、直辖市,下同)和新疆生产建设兵团制定艾滋病防治“十二五”行动计划的具体情况。方法对公布在政府类网站的省级遏制与防治艾滋病“十二五”行动计划或具有同等效用的文件(简称《各地“十二五”行动计划》)的内容进行详细的梳理,并与《中国遏制与防治艾滋病“十二五”行动计划》的相应内容进行比较分析。结果截至2013年6月底,22个省和新疆生产建设兵团在政府类网站发布了《各地“十二五”行动计划》,明确了本省2015年的防控目标,丰富和细化了防控措施和保障举措等。结论 22个省和新疆生产建设兵团制定的《各地“十二五”行动计划》符合本省的实际,下一步的关键是抓紧落实各项防控和保障措施。
Objective To understand the specific conditions of some 12 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in formulating AIDS prevention and control “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. Methods A detailed review of the content of the provincial “Twelfth Five-year Plan” on AIDS prevention and control and the documents of equal effect published in the government websites (the “Twelfth Five-year Plan”) , And compared with the corresponding content of “China’s prevention and control of AIDS” Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Action. Results As of the end of June 2013, 22 provinces and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps released the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” on various government websites, clarifying the prevention and control targets in 2015 in this province, enriching and refining the anti- Control measures and safeguard measures. Conclusion The “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” formulated by 22 provinces and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is in line with the reality of this province. The key to the next step is to pay close attention to the implementation of various prevention and control and safeguard measures.
