目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者施行气管切开术后的护理方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2014年3月至2016年3月30例重型颅脑损伤且施行气管切开术患者的临床资料,随机分为研究组和治疗组各15例,采用综合气道护理方案的为研究组,采用常规气管切开护理方案的为治疗组,比较2组的临床疗效。结果与治疗组比较,研究组肺部感染发生率低、呼吸道刺激性咳嗽发生率低及呼吸道黏膜出血发生率低,病人气管切开置管时间短,病人平均日住院短,对护理满意度高,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合气道护理方案在气管切开术后护理中能有效降低并发症发生率,缩短了平均住院日,提高了病人的满意度,促进病人较快的康复,是一种行之有效的护理方案。 Objective To investigate the nursing and curative effect of tracheotomy in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
