本文提出了根据微机械振动陀螺仪与电子隧道传感器相结合的设想,介绍了该型陀螺仪的工作原理,推导了陀螺仪的运动方程,从理论上阐述了该设想的可行性.仿真结果表明,该陀螺仪较电容检测陀螺仪,其灵敏度可以得到很大提高.
In this paper, based on the assumption of micromechanical vibrating gyroscope and electronic tunneling sensor, the working principle of the gyroscope is introduced, and the equation of motion of the gyroscope is deduced. The feasibility of this scheme is expatiated theoretically. The simulation results show that the gyro is more sensitive than the capacitive detection gyro.
