小微企业是市场经济的重要组成部分,也是释放改革红利,刺激经济发展的关键领域和薄弱环节。2011年以来,国家和地方都出台了一系列支持小微企业发展的优惠政策。第三次经济普查将小微企业作为普查的重点任务之一,首次全面摸清了小微企业的家底。普查资料显示,宁波是小微企业发展活跃的城市,面广量大的小微企业是城市的特色和名片,是国民经济和社会发展的重要力量,是经济持续稳定增长的坚实基础,是广泛吸纳就业的重要渠道,是保障和改善民生的重要手段。
