针对沙特阿拉伯Al Jalamid选矿厂回水选矿时精矿品位不达标的问题进行了试验研究,结果表明:选矿回水中钙离子过高是制约浮选精矿品位提高的主要原因。通过添加Na_2CO_3的方法可以有效降低选矿回水中钙离子含量,当添加量为3 g/L时能够将回水中的钙离子从1 400 ppm降低到160 ppm,选矿效果与纯水选矿相当,精矿品位和回收率分别达到了34.11%和85.03%,比回水未处理前分别提高了1.71%和4.12%;而镁离子含量较低时,对磷矿选矿效果的影响不大。
Aiming at the problem that the grade of concentrate is not up to the standard of backwater beneficiation in Al Jalamid Concentrator in Saudi Arabia, the result shows that the excessive calcium ion in mineral processing backwater is the main reason that restricts the grade increase of flotation concentrates. The method of adding Na_2CO_3 can effectively reduce the content of calcium ion in the mineral processing return water, and can reduce the calcium ion in the return water from 1 400 ppm to 160 ppm when the added amount is 3 g / L. The beneficiation effect is equivalent to that of pure water and concentrate Grade and recovery rate reached 34.11% and 85.03%, respectively, which increased by 1.71% and 4.12% respectively compared with those before treatment without water treatment. However, when the content of magnesium ion was low, the effect on beneficiation of phosphate rock was not significant.
