关爱孩子,是每一位教师的美德。为人师表已近二十年光景,也一直都努力做到关心每一个孩子。心里默默告诉自己,要爱孩子,关心孩子。可是表面上往往看不出一点痕迹。不苟言笑,怕微笑会撵走对孩子的“威信”;不易亲近,怕亲近会赶跑孩子的“规矩”。孩子和我,始终谁也不越界,或许他们想更靠近我,只是我没给机会。我们是师生关系,也只是师生关系?本学期由于领导信任,我担任了六年级语文的教学工作,这对我来说是一种挑战,更是一种锻炼。课余时间阅读了一些教育类书籍,让我懂得关爱是可以为我在完成教学任务的同时,让每一个孩子都能有所收获的唯一方法。多年的从教经历,也使我深深感到:我们每位教师心中都怀有对学生无比的关爱。这种关爱,不仅指对学生学习成绩的关注,更有对学生品质方面的引导、生活上的照顾。
Caring for children is a virtue for every teacher. It has been nearly twenty years since I worked as a teacher, and I have been working hard to be concerned with every child. Silently tell myself, love children, caring about children. But on the surface often do not see a trace. Unsmiling, afraid of a smile will go to the child “prestige ”; not close, afraid of close will drive away the child “rules ”. Children and I, who never cross the border, maybe they want closer to me, but I did not give a chance. We are teacher-student relationship, but also the relationship between teachers and students? This semester due to leadership trust, I served as a sixth-grade language teaching work, which for me is a challenge, but also a kind of exercise. After reading some education books in my spare time, let me know that caring is the only way I can make every child reap the benefits of my teaching tasks. Many years of teaching experience also make me feel deeply that each of our teachers cherishes the utmost love of students. This kind of love, not only refers to the students’ academic performance concerns, but also to guide the quality of students, life care.
