观察了50具成人尸体共100侧半膜肌的形态、血管和神经。半膜肌肌腹的平均长、宽和厚度分别为275.7mm、36.0mm和23.0mm。腱膜和止腱平均长度分别为94.3mm和94.0mm。半膜肌的营养动脉,可耒自旋股内侧动脉1.4％、臀下动脉0.7％、股深动脉2.4％、第一穿动脉35.6％、第二穿动脉7.1％、第三穿动脉7.1％、股动脉4.2％和腘动脉41.5％。营养半膜肌的主要动脉,即第一穿动脉和腘动脉的分支平均长度为36.8mm和29.9mm。外径分别为1.5mm和1.4mm。门结距分别为209.9mm和315.1mm。半膜肌的神经耒自坐骨神经的分支。95％的半膜肌为一支神经,其长度平均为70.5mm,外为径1.6mm。每支神经在入肌之前可分为2—6小支,伴血管从肌的外侧进入肌肉。
Morphology, blood vessels and nerves of 50 adult semilunar muscles were observed in 50 adult cadavers. The average length, width and thickness of the semilunar muscle belly were 275.7 mm, 36.0 mm and 23.0 mm, respectively. The average length of the aponeurosis and tendon was 94.3 mm and 94.0 mm, respectively. The arteries of the semimembranosus were 1.4% in the medial spinous branch, 0.7% in the inferior gluteal artery, 2.4% in the deep femoral artery, 35.6% in the first perforating artery, 7.1% in the second perforating artery, 7.1% in the third perforating artery, Femoral artery 4.2% and popliteal artery 41.5%. The main arteries of the semimembranous muscle, the first branch of perforators and popliteal branches, had an average length of 36.8 mm and 29.9 mm. The outer diameter is 1.5mm and 1.4mm respectively. Door knots were 209.9mm and 315.1mm. The semilunar nerve is a branch of the sciatic nerve. 95% of the semimembranosus is a nerve with an average length of 70.5 mm and an external diameter of 1.6 mm. Each nerve can be divided into 2-6 small branches before entering the muscle, with the blood vessels entering the muscle from the outside of the muscle.
