先天性甲状腺功能低下症(以下简称先天性甲低)治疗延迟,将造成不可逆的脑损害,病儿表现为智力低下,同时还可以有神经系统的异常。已充分证实,出生后3个月内开始治疗的病儿与出生3个月后才开始治疗的病儿,后果明显不同。但目前尚无充分的资料说明,在生后头3个月内,尽可能早地开始治疗的重要性。而这样的资料对组织新生儿甲低的筛查工作,具有很大的价值。为此,作者用神经学和智力测验的方法,对27名先天性甲低的患者进行了研究。27名患者中,出生后31天内开始治疗者7人,称为“<1”组;出生后31~93天开始治疗者12人。称
Congenital hypothyroidism (hereinafter referred to as congenital hypothyroidism) treatment delay, will cause irreversible brain damage, sick children showed mental retardation, but also may have abnormal nervous system. It has been well established that the consequences for those sick children starting treatment within 3 months after birth and those who have not started treatment after 3 months of birth are significantly different. However, there is not enough information on the importance of starting treatment as early as possible in the first three months of life. And such information on the organization of neonatal hypothyroidism screening work, has great value. To this end, the authors used neurological and intellectual tests of 27 patients with congenital hypothyroidism were studied. Among the 27 patients, 7 were treated within 31 days of birth, and were referred to as “<1”. Twelve (31 to 93) days after birth were started. Said
