刑事诉讼法是一门实践性很强的学科,在教学过程中使用单一的教授法难以产生良好的教学效果。根据刑事诉讼法学学科特点,在讲授时配合应用案例教学法,在教师讲授相关知识点之后,让学生自主分析案例,并在课堂上讨论、提问,课后归纳总结,能有效提高学生的自学能力、实践能力,从而实现刑事诉讼法的教学目的。
Criminal Procedure Law is a highly practical discipline. It is difficult to produce a good teaching effect by using a single teaching method in the teaching process.
