技工学校招收的学生,基本知识掌握不全。给进一步教学带来困难,新知识传授进行不顺利,不完全。教师、学生时常畏难,或丧失信心。给教师,学生生活和学习带来困惑,对身心健康带来损害。教师具备学生在学校全面发展的观念,有利于提升教学信心。全面发展指学生在校期间,每一节课、每天都有发展,在身心各个方面都有提高,并不是不变或下降。
Students enrolled in technical schools, mastery of basic knowledge. Difficult to further teaching, new knowledge is not smooth, incomplete. Teachers, students often fear difficulties, or loss of confidence. To teachers, students living and learning confusion, damage to physical and mental health. Teachers have the concept of students’ all-round development in school, which helps to improve teaching confidence. An all-round development means that students develop in every lesson and every day while they are in school, and they do not change or decline in all aspects of their body and mind.
