取健康成年杂种犬之前牙及磨牙唇颊面开髓,分别以骨形成蛋白复合羟基磷灰石,羟基磷灰石,氢氧化钙盖髓,锌水门汀充填。术后4、0、10周分别处死动物取材,光镜下观察修复性牙本质形成的情况。并随机选择门诊患者120例,进行盖髓及根管充填,术后3、6、12个月随访,最长随访至二年,观察有无自觉症状,牙髓活力试验及x线片。结果表明:复合骨形成蛋白可诱导牙本质形成,时间早于单纯羟基磷灰石及氢氧化钙组,且对组织无毒、无刺激,符合牙髓生理特点及盖髓剂要求。临床用于盖髓及根管充填,疗效满意。提示骨形成蛋白复合羟基磷灰石是一种有骨诱导作用而优于其他盖髓剂、根充剂的新型材料。
Take healthy adult mongrel teeth and molars labial buccal surface of the pulp, respectively, with bone morphogenetic protein hydroxyapatite, hydroxyapatite, cassia cassia, zinc cement filling. Animals were sacrificed at 4, 10, and 10 weeks after operation, and the formation of reparative dentin was observed under light microscope. A total of 120 outpatients were randomly selected for capping and root canal filling. The patients were followed up for 3, 6 and 12 months after operation. The patients were followed up for up to two years. The symptoms and signs, the vitality test and the x-ray films were observed. The results showed that composite bone morphogenetic protein could induce dentin formation earlier than that of pure hydroxyapatite and calcium hydroxide group, and it was non-toxic and non-irritating to tissues, which accorded with the characteristics of pulp and the requirement of pulp capping agent. Clinically used for pulp and root canal filling, with satisfactory results. Tip bone morphogenetic protein hydroxyapatite is a kind of osteoinductive and superior to other capping agents, root extenders of new materials.
