澳大利亚第一届全国汉语普通话演讲比赛于9月1日在昆士兰州首府布里斯班市的格里费斯大学(Griffith Universrty)举行,参加比赛者有来自全国六个州和北部领地的大学、中学学生共20人。 这次汉语演讲比赛规定参赛者必须是澳大利亚公民,并且父母任何一方以汉语为母语的都不能参加。参加这次比赛的都是各州汉语演讲比赛的第一名。东道主昆士兰州已于8月5日举行了全州第八届汉语演讲比赛。这次全国比赛分公开组、低级组、高级组进行。 这次演讲比赛内容十分丰富:演讲者有的介绍澳大利亚和中国的著名人物,有的讲中国的小故事,有的谈自己在中国学习、访问的经历,有的介绍自己学习汉语的经验和体会,有的介绍自己的家乡、家庭和中国朋友,还有的评述中国大陆、台湾、香港的电影艺术等等。 这次比赛得到澳大利亚亚洲研究理事会和澳中理事会的财政资助,澳洲人航空公司和中国航空公司赠送了免费机票,中国访问学者、著名书法家黄苗子参加了裁判组,中国大使馆
Australia’s First National Putonghua Speech Contest was held on September 1 at Griffith Universrty in Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, with participants from universities and secondary schools in six states and northern territories A total of 20 students. The Chinese speech contest stipulates that participants must be Australian citizens, and any one of their parents can not participate in the Chinese as a mother tongue. All the states participated in this competition are the first place in Chinese speech contest. Host Queensland has held the eighth Quanzhou Quanzhou speech contest on August 5. The national competition points open group, low-level group, senior group. The speech was very rich in content. Some of the presenters introduced well-known figures in Australia and China, some told little stories in China, some talked about their experiences of studying and visiting in China, and some introduced their experiences and experiences in learning Chinese. Some introduce their hometown, family and Chinese friends, and others comment on the art of cinema in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. The competition was funded by the Australian Research Council of Asia and the Australia-China Council. Australian Airlines and China Airlines donated free air tickets.
