细胞毒性通常可分为细胞介入性细胞毒性(SCMC)和抗体依赖性细胞毒性(ADC)两大类。该指标往往用为研究某种肝病的发病机制以及划分和鉴别肝病的不同类型。为探讨三硝基甲苯(TNT)对机体细胞毒性的影响,特进行了本实验。
Cytotoxicity can usually be divided into two categories: cell-mediated cytotoxicity (SCMC) and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADC). This indicator is often used to study the pathogenesis of a liver disease and to distinguish and identify different types of liver disease. In order to investigate the effect of TNT on the cytotoxicity of the cells, this experiment was carried out.
