芳香腈在酸、碱或酶的催化下一般可以水解成芳香羧酸。通过比较不同反应条件下的水解产率,详细研究溶剂、反应温度、原料比对反应的影响,结果表明,最佳水解反应条件为:以乙二醇为溶剂,以氢氧化钠为催化剂,且乙二醇∶水∶氢氧化钠=9∶2∶4(质量比),温度控制在160℃,反应时间8 h,按此条件水解,产率80.05%。
Aromatic nitriles are generally hydrolyzed to aromatic carboxylic acids under acid, base or enzyme catalysis. The effects of solvent, reaction temperature and ratio of raw materials on the reaction were studied in detail by comparing the yield of hydrolysis under different reaction conditions. The results showed that the optimal hydrolysis conditions were as follows: ethylene glycol as solvent and sodium hydroxide as catalyst, and Ethylene glycol: water: sodium hydroxide = 9: 2: 4 (mass ratio), temperature controlled at 160 ℃, reaction time 8 h, hydrolyzed according to this condition, the yield was 80.05%.
