肺心病急性加重期的治疗比较复杂,它涉及到呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统、酸碱平衡等各个方面,需要综合性分析治疗,且每个患者治疗的侧重点不同,本文强调的是“重点十综合”两方面结合治疗。如:分析患者咳浓痰、听诊双肺湿啰音、查血象高、特别是中性粒细胞高等,此时应以抗炎治疗为主,加大抗炎治疗的力度,这样才能取得好的治疗效果。本文就临床上容易做到却常被忽视的几个方面加以阐述。
