Basic education in rural areas is the weakest link in education in our country at present, and rural basic education in rural areas is facing new difficulties and problems in rural tax reform. To seriously attach importance to and promote the development of basic education in rural areas is an important issue urgently needed to be solved by the country in macroeconomic policy-making.
