作为一个整体,机体各形态指标之间存在一定的比例关系,因此评价儿童生长发育是否正常,应该把各指标之间的关系反映出来,就像不同性别、年龄的人穿不同型号的衣服一样。根据这种设想采用多元分析法,对儿童的体格发育指标进行聚类分析和回归分析。发育指标共有7项:身长、体重、坐高、头围、胸围、上臂围和皮褶厚度。分析时先将7项发育指标,依相关程度的大小和儿童生理特点聚为几类,再从各类中,依平均相关指数的大小,选出典型指标,由典型指标与其它指标进行回归分析,建立回归方程。将典型指标作为自变量,求出其它指标的估计值和95%的容许区间。
As a whole, there is a certain proportional relationship between the various morphological indicators of the body.
