Hydropower Society of Henan Province Hydropower Development Committee held in November 23, 2003 to 25 in Zhengzhou, the annual meeting of hydropower special comprehensive hydropower conference. Since then, the hydropower committee has held 20 annual meetings. Participants at the meeting included more than 70 participants from hydropower committee, municipalities and counties hydropower companies, major backbone hydropower stations, Zhengzhou University Institute of Technology, North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, Changsha Huaneng Automation Control Co., Ltd. and other 40 units.
