“为什么我的心里如此明亮,那是‘三个代表’思想在闪光,永远跟着共产党走,各族人民找到了幸福的源泉”。这是麦盖提县的民间艺人自编自唱的歌在群众中广为传唱。麦盖提县位于叶尔羌河和提孜那甫河冲积而成的扇形绿洲平原,在这片蕴藏着深厚文化底蕴(“刀郎文化”的发祥地、“刀郎人”的故乡)、古老而美丽的土地上,正演绎着一个个现代麦盖提人用勤劳和智慧战胜困难、过上美好生活的新故事。2006年,麦盖提县委被评为自治区基层党组织建设先进县市区党委。
