一新中国成立以来,由齐燕铭主持,中华书局在整理古籍方面做出了不少成绩,但也受到很多“左”的框框和清规戒律的影响。十年浩劫中,古籍成为“四旧”。所以,新中国成立以来我们认识到整理古籍的重要,但做得很不够。我国十万部古籍,三十年只整理了两千部;加上十年动乱,旧藏损失不少。党中央高瞻远瞩,陈云同志作了整理古籍的指示发到全国,古籍整理工作进人一个新时期。去年(1981年)夏天,在京开国务院学位委员会学科评议会,会后找了十多位同志于8月初开了一个座谈会,强调不搞好这一工作对不起子孙后代。年底发了一个国务院古籍整理出版规划小组成员及顾问名单。今年(1982年)初,我到北京参加中国地
