1项目背景本工程位于红谷滩卧龙路与红谷大道相交A-34地块东南部,南临卧龙路,东为红谷大道。东看赣江,西与卧龙山上的滩文化公园相望,地理位置优越,规划用地面积39.8亩(含城市道路用地16.4亩),南北长130m,东西长120m,近似方形用地。本工程主要由办公区、纳税服务区,数据处理区、培训区、工作餐厅、健身活动区、档案管理区、内部重要接待区这几个区组成,功能较为复杂,其流线的组织将是个难点。
1 Project Background The project is located at the intersection of Wolong Road and Honggu Avenue in Honggutan, southeast of A-34 block, Wolong Road in the south and Honggu Avenue in the east. The east is Gan River, the other side is Wandong Mountain Beach Cultural Park. The geographical location is superior. The planned land area is 39.8 mu (including 16.4 mu for urban roads), 130m long from north to south and 120m long from east to west. The project is mainly composed of office districts, tax service areas, data processing areas, training areas, working restaurants, fitness activities area, file management area and important reception area in the interior. The function is complicated and its streamlined organization will be a difficulty.
