信息产业的收益递增性告诉我们,未来人们的贫富差距将根据掌握信息的多少呈扩大趋势,也即所谓的数字鸿沟。 我国地广人多,区域经济和社会发展极不平衡,信息化普及在不同地区和人群间存在很大差距,近来还呈现日益扩大的趋势。统计数字显示:我国农村74.2万个行政村中,东部通电话的比例为95.4%,中部为80%,西部仅为47%,而全国未通电话的行政村仍有16.4万个,比例达到22%。
The increasing returns of the information industry tell us that in the future, the gap between the rich and the poor will widen according to the amount of information held, that is, the so-called digital divide. Recently, it has also shown an increasingly widening trend. Statistics show that among the 742,000 administrative villages in rural China, the proportion of telephone calls in the eastern part is 95.4%, that in the middle part is 80% and that in the western part is only 47%, while there are still 164,000 administrative villages in the country with no telephone calls, accounting for 22% %.
