狼疮性肾炎(LN)兼发眼底病变,在眼科常被误/漏诊,往往按一般眼底病变治疗,疗效较差,因此必须重视原发病的治疗。目前国内外治疗LN的方法,副作用严重。近年来我们用中西医结合的方法治疗3例LN并眼底病变,皆取得较满意疗效。报道如下:
