一、概述电炉炉内喷粉精炼,对于改善电炉炼钢的各项技术经济指标,已取得十分明显的效果。它的特点是不搞土建、不占面积、设备简单、化钱很少,是一种简单易行,便于推广的工艺改革。对于炉内喷粉精炼,可获得含氧、硫量极低的钢,已有大量生产数据及不少试验报告所证实。但在钢中夹杂物形态及沾污度方面,由于缺少深入细致的工作,至今仍持有不同的看法。为此,作为这方面研究工作的第一步,先对目前行之有效的炉内喷吹工艺过程,进行取样分析,钢种为:20CrMnTi(5炉)、1Cr18Ni9Ti(2炉)、20g(2
