8月17-18日,全国救助管理暨流浪儿童救助保护工作现场会在河南省郑州市召开。民政部副部长李立国、联合国儿童基金会区域办公室顾问邵文红、河南省副省长刘新民、河南省郑州市市长王文超、民政部社会福利和社会事务司司长张明亮等领导出席了会议开幕式。来自全国各省、自治区、直辖市和新疆生产建设兵团的民政厅局领导、救助管理业务处长、部分救助管理站站长参加了此次会议。会议的主要任务是总结交流救助管理工作的经验,分析救助管理工作面临的形势,明确今后一个时期的工作思路和重点工作,推动救助管理工作健康发展。会议期间,河南省民政厅、北京市民政局、上海市民政局等近二十个单位介绍了救助管理工作的经验,与会代表实地参观了郑州市在救助管理工作和流浪儿童救助保护工作中的创新做法.同时.还开展了民政部与联合国儿童基金会2001—2005年合作周期流浪儿童救助保护合作项目的终期评估。
August 17-18, the national rescue management and rescue work of street children will be held in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs Li Liguo, UNICEF Regional Office Consultant Shao Wenhong, Vice Governor of Henan Province Liu Xinmin, Zhengzhou City Mayor Wang Wenchao, Ministry of Civil Affairs Department of Social Welfare and Social Affairs Zhang Mingliang and other leaders attended the opening ceremony. Leaders from the Civil Affairs Bureau, rescue chiefs and some relief management station owners from provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps participated in the meeting. The main task of the conference is to summarize the experience of exchange and rescue management work, analyze the situation facing the rescue and management work, clarify the working train of thought and key work for a period in the future, and promote the sound development of rescue and management work. During the meeting, nearly 20 units including Henan Civil Affairs Department, Civil Affairs Bureau of Beijing and Civil Affairs Bureau of Shanghai introduced the experience of aid management. Innovative approaches and the final assessment of cooperation projects of bailout children's protection and cooperation during the 2001-2005 cooperation cycle between the Ministry of Civil Affairs and UNICEF.
