电力是国家经济发展的基石,安全是电力生产的基础。近年来,为建立能源节约型社会,我国电力工业逐步用高参数、大容量机组替代老旧小机组,在降低有害物质排放,减少能源消耗方面做出了巨大贡献。随着单机容量和总装机容量不断增大,设备结构日趋复杂,技术含量不断提高,事故发生概率也随之加大。大型电厂一旦发生事故,轻则损坏设备,重则给电网运行带来严重冲击和人员伤亡。因此,发电厂的安全、经济运行,设备、人身、电网事故的防范工作已成为电力企业管理的重中之重。

In recent years, in order to establish an energy-saving society, the power industry in our country has gradually replaced the old and small units with high-parameter and high-capacity units and made great contributions in reducing emissions of harmful substances and reducing energy consumption. With the increase of stand-alone capacity and total installed capacity, the structure of equipment is becoming more and more complex, and the technical content is continuously improved, thus increasing the probability of accidents. In the event of an accident in a large-scale power plant, it may cause damage to the equipment and seriously affect the operation of the power grid and cause serious casualties. Therefore, the power plant safety, economic operation, equipment, personal, power grid accident prevention work has become the top priority of the power business management.
