一、引言单片微波集成电路(MMIC)组件技术正在推动着微波信号处理在复杂系统中的实现。金属半导体场效应晶体管(MESFET)和双极性异质结晶体管(HBT)芯片都呈现出可继续增加功能集成能力和较宽的带宽。这就能使精密接收机和过去还不能做到的一些并联信号结构得以发展。本文重温基本模拟信号处理函数的定义和特性,并且研究如何用各种MMIC技术来加以实现。系统效果的研究和远期发展趋势的分析预示着今后五年内信号处理量将会以数量级增加。各种形式和体系的模拟信号处理函数是可以实现的,并适于用MMIC芯片来实现。
I. Introduction Monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) component technology is driving microwave signal processing in complex systems. Both MESFETs and Bipolar Heterojunction Transistor (HBT) chips have been shown to continue to provide increased functional integration and wider bandwidth. This allows sophisticated receivers and some of the parallel signal structures not previously possible to be developed. This article reviews the definition and characteristics of basic analog signal processing functions, and studies how to implement them with various MMIC techniques. The analysis of system effects and analysis of long-term trends indicates that signal processing capacity will increase by orders of magnitude over the next five years. Various forms and systems of analog signal processing functions are achievable and suitable for implementation with MMIC chips.
