当今社会,会计类的专业人才日益增长,很多企业都需要会计人才,但是,他们不愿接受刚刚毕业的学生,这就造成了刚毕业的学生就业难的问题。但是,市场有十分需要这类人才,在这种双重矛盾中,解决问题的办法就是改变高职院校中教师的教育模式,将传统的教育模式变革为以培养学生的实践能力为目的的新教育模式,使他们在新模式的教育中努力提高自身素质,来适应社会的发展需求。
In today’s society, the accounting profession has a growing number of professionals. Many enterprises need accounting personnel. However, they are reluctant to accept the students who have just graduated. This has created difficulties in finding employment for newly graduated students. However, there is a great need for such a market in the market.
