乌梅散水煎剂对糖尿病大鼠肾脏TGF-β1含量的影响

目的:研究乌梅散水煎剂对糖尿病大鼠肾脏TGF-β1含量的影响,从而探讨其作用机制。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分成3组,每组10只,即对照组(control)、糖尿病组(DM)、乌梅组(WM)。建立T2DM大鼠模型,DM组给予生理盐水灌服,WM组给予乌梅散方剂,治疗4周后处死大鼠。采用高脂饲料喂养并结合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)的方法,取肾脏组织检测TGF-β1含量。结果:与模型组相比,乌梅散水煎剂治疗后大鼠肾脏TGF-b1含量明显降低(P<0.01),与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:乌梅散水煎剂可以下调实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏TGF-β1的表达水平。 Objective: To study the effect of Wumeisan decoction on the content of TGF-β1 in the kidney of diabetic rats, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (control group, DM group and WM group). The T2DM rat model was established. The DM group was given normal saline and the WM group was given the Wumeisan recipe. After 4 weeks of treatment, the rats were sacrificed. The rats were fed with high-fat diet and peritoneally injected with streptozotocin (STZ). The contents of TGF-β1 in renal tissues were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the content of TGF-β1 in the kidney of rats treated with the decoction of Fructus Mori by decoction of Fructus Wumex decreased significantly (P <0.01), but no significant difference compared with the normal control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Wumei San decoction can reduce the expression of TGF-β1 in the kidney of experimental diabetic rats.
