目的探讨精子DNA完整率(DNA fragmentation index,DFI)对体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)和卵胞浆内单精子注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2008年4月至2011年1月我院生殖中心收治进行辅助生殖的162对夫妇的临床资料,其中IVF 108周期,ICSI 54周期,通过精子染色质扩散试验检测其丈夫精子DNA完整率并观察精子DNA完整率对辅助生殖结局的影响。结果通过相关系数比较,IVF组中DFI与受精率(r=-0.123,P<0.05)、优质胚胎数(r=-0.139,P<0.05)、临床怀孕率(r=-0.174,P<0.05)有着密切的关系;ICSI组中无明显的关联。结论 DFI对预测IVF妊娠结果起作用,而对ICSI结局影响不明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of DNA fragmentation index (DFI) on in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) outcomes. Methods The clinical data of 162 couples admitted to reproductive center of our hospital from April 2008 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, IVF 108 cycles and ICSI 54 cycles were used to detect the integrity of sperm DNA of her husband by sperm chromatin diffusion test Rate and observe the effect of sperm DNA integrity on assisted reproductive outcome. Results The correlation coefficient between DFI and fertilization rate (r = -0.123, P <0.05), the number of high quality embryos (r = -0.139, P <0.05) ) Had a close relationship; ICSI group no significant correlation. Conclusion DFI plays a role in predicting the outcome of IVF pregnancy, but has no obvious effect on the outcome of ICSI.
