本文根据我国高等工程专科学校教学改革的要求，提出了机制专业一种新的人才培养模式，较好地适应了市场经济和社会的发展需求，经过教学改革试点，取得了较好的教学效果，为进一步深化高工专教学改革进行了有益地探索。
