目的研究痛风定无糖颗粒抗痛风作用及作用机制。方法口服给药,通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、微晶型尿酸钠(MSU)致鼠足肿胀及测定足炎症渗出液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量观察其抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭体法和热板法观察其镇痛作用;运用酵母膏致小鼠高尿酸血症法观察其对尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶、尿素氮的影响。结果痛风定无糖颗粒对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀、MSU所致的足跖肿胀及MSU所致的肿胀足渗出液中PGE2含量增加均有显著的抑制作用;能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值,降低小鼠的扭体次数;能显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸,抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性、降低血尿素氮。结论痛风定无糖颗粒具有明显的抗痛风作用。
Objective To study the anti-gout effect and mechanism of Gout Decoction-Free Granules. Methods Oral administration of xanthine induced the swelling of mouse auricles, mouse foot swelling induced by microcrystalline sodium urate (MSU) and the content of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in foot inflammatory exudate. The effects of acetic acid Writhing method and hot plate method to observe the analgesic effect; the use of yeast extract hyperuricemia mice to observe the effects of uric acid, xanthine oxidase, urea nitrogen. Results Gout Decoction could significantly inhibit the auricular swelling caused by xylene, the swelling of paw caused by MSU and the increase of PGE2 in exudate caused by MSU, Pain threshold, reduce the number of writhing in mice; can significantly reduce hyperuricemia mice blood uric acid, inhibit xanthine oxidase activity, lower blood urea nitrogen. Conclusion Gout sugar-free particles have obvious anti-gout effect.
