本文就ML Q1—80型采煤机由设计采高1.10米,通过改变截煤部的有关部件,降低机身高度,在0.9米薄煤层工作面试采情况进行了探讨。文中阐述了对液压缸有关参数的改变,减小了缸体,合理的利用齿轮传动空间,改变控制摇臂升降的液压缸与小摇臂的相互位置;上盖与下盖同为平盖;底托架取消支架、实现整机高度的降低。改制后的液压缸固定在箱体上盖,小摇臂在原有位置逆时针转过45度角,小摇臂安装轴线与液压缸轴线成120度角。文求最后提出了进一步改进的几点意见。
In this paper, the ML Q1-80 coal mining machine is designed to measure a height of 1.10 meters. By changing the relevant parts of the coal cutting unit, reducing the height of the fuselage, the situation of working face mining in the thin seam of 0.9m is discussed.
