装备:索尼爱立信T618(行货),软件版本为R3C版,SMH-IR220串口红外适配器,电脑操作系统为Windows XP SP1。具体故障:电脑已经正确安装了红外适配器。打开T618红外功能,并且将手机红外线端口和红外适配器对准后,电脑自动安装相关驱动,提示硬件已经安装可以正常使用。可以看到在电脑设备管理器Modem里出现了T610 serles IR modem,但没有出现红外通讯标志,无法通过红外线发送资料。
