基础环水平度是风机施工中的重要控制指标,但目前国内工程中水平度偏差超标事故却时有发生。本文介绍了加设斜法兰的水平度修复方案,采用有限元方法对修复后基础环法兰节点的静力性能和疲劳性能进行了分析,与原法兰节点进行了对比,并研究了斜法兰厚度对节点受力性能的影响。结果表明,加设斜法兰后,法兰节点具有足够的强度储备,满足永久疲劳寿命;且节点刚度、应力水平及疲劳应力幅的变化均较小,基本保持原法兰节点的受力性能水平。斜法兰厚度对节点受力性能的影响很小,建议取满足刚度要求的最小厚度。
The basic level of the ring is an important control index in the construction of wind turbines, but at present the horizontal deviation of the domestic project exceeds the standard and the accident happens from time to time. In this paper, the horizontal flange repair program is introduced. The static and fatigue properties of the repaired base ring flange joints are analyzed by finite element method. Compared with the original flange joints, Effect of Flange Thickness on Mechanical Behavior of Joints. The results show that the flange joints have enough strength reserves to meet the permanent fatigue life after adding the inclined flanges. The changes of the stiffness, the stress level and the fatigue stress amplitude of the joints are small, and the mechanical properties of the original flange joints are basically maintained Level. The influence of diagonal flange thickness on the stress behavior of joints is very small. It is suggested to adopt the minimum thickness to meet the rigidity requirement.
