倾听是孩子感知和理解语言的行为表现。倾听能力在现实生活中运用非常广泛,大到听报告、欣赏音乐等,小到一句话及每个字的听和用等,日常生活中时时处处需倾听。倾听能力的强弱直接影响孩子知识技能的接受和掌握。有些幼儿注意力极易分散,在组织的活动中,对老师的要求、指令不能马上作出反应,影响活动的正常开展。究其原因,是我们教师忽视了对倾听能力的培养。因此,本学期,我将从幼儿特点出发,将听力培养融于各项活动之中。
Listening is a child’s perception of and understanding of language behavior. Listening skills are widely used in real life, listening to reports, listening to music, small sentences and the listening and using of each word. Everyday life is always listening. The strength of listening ability directly affects children’s acceptance and mastery of knowledge and skills. Some children’s attention easily dispersed, in the organization’s activities, the requirements of the teacher, the order can not immediately respond to the normal activities. The reason is that our teachers ignore the training of listening ability. Therefore, this semester, I will start from the characteristics of young children, will integrate listening training into various activities.
