Under the leadership of Jilin Province Science and Technology Association, Jilin Province Optical Society held a founding meeting in Changchun City from June 11 to June 13, 1981. The delegates attending the meeting came from the scientific research institutes, schools, factories, troops and relevant leading organs in the province, a total of 100 people.
