灭幼脲为一种昆虫生长调节剂,在施用浓度低于致死浓度一定值时,不仅起不到杀虫作用,反而能促进害虫的生长,补施药2—4天后才显现效果,如何克服这些不足,国内外尚无具体的报道。笔者在进行灭幼脲杀虫机制研究的过程中,发现植物性外源蜕皮激素能有效地解决这一问题。 材料和方法 供试昆虫:菜粉蝶幼虫是田间采集大量蛹待其羽化产卵,卵孵后饲以新鲜甘蓝叶。 家蚕幼虫,西南农大蚕桑系提供良种781。 供试药物:灭幼脲Ⅰ号20%悬浮液,国营江阴农药厂提供。 露水草蜕皮激素,广东顺德县化学生物研究所提供。 处理方法:用微量进样器经口注入药液。 处理分为两类,第一类(1)相同龄期不同浓度的灭幼脲处理。(2)相同龄期不同浓度的灭幼脲混合定量蜕皮激素处理。第二类(1)不同龄期相同浓度的灭幼脲处理。(2)不同龄期相同浓度的灭幼脲混合定量蜕皮激素处理,每处理重复3次。

Dew grass ecdysone, Shunde County, Guangdong Institute of Chemical Biology. Approach: Using a micro sample injector orally injected liquid. The treatment was divided into two categories, the first category (1) the same age different concentrations of diflubenzuron treatment. (2) the same age different concentrations of diflubenzuron mixed quantitative ecdysone treatment. The second category (1) different age of the same concentration of diflubenzuron treatment. (2) The same concentration of diflubenzuron in different age mixed quantitative ecdysone treatment, each treatment repeated 3 times.
