姜具有丰富的食品价值和药用保健功效,姜皮中含有丰富的生物活性成分,具有广阔的开发前景。研究应用二极管阵列高效液相色谱法对姜皮中姜辣素物质进行了分析,色谱条件为:Syncronis C_(18)柱,流动相是乙腈和0.1%甲酸水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长280 nm。在0~200 mg/L范围内五种姜辣素类物质均具有良好的线性关系。精密度RSD值在0.02%~1.24%之间。加标回收率在95.45%~99.52%之间,最低检出限在0.014~0.091μg/m L之间。该法快速,简便,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可有效地用于姜皮中姜辣素类物质含量的测定。
Ginger is rich in food value and medicinal health effects, ginger skin is rich in bioactive ingredients, has a broad development prospects. The application of diode array high performance liquid chromatography (GC-HPLC) was used to analyze the gingerol in ginger skin. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Syncronis C_ (18) column, mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase, Flow rate 1.0 m L / min, column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 280 nm. The five kinds of gingerol in the range of 0 ~ 200 mg / L had a good linear relationship. RSD precision between 0.02% ~ 1.24%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 95.45% to 99.52%, and the lowest detection limits ranged from 0.014 to 0.091 μg / mL. The method is rapid, simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible and can be used to determine the content of gingerol in ginger skin effectively.
